Lupus erythematosus is a multisystemic connective tissue disease that has wide range of manifestations affecting the skin and mucous membranes, joints, kidneys, heart, lungs, central nervous system. In dermatology, cutaneous forms lupus can be classified into discoid, disseminated, centrifugal erythema, panniculitis, subacute chronic lupus, systemic with damage to internal organs. It develop as an independent or result progression forms.
 The second most commonly affected organ in folowing observed 80% patients throughout course disease. And 2030% cases, debuts rash. Thus, these primarily present dermatologists. Knowledge criteria for making diagnosis, clinical characteristics, combination performance advanced laboratory diagnostic tests allow dermatologist suspect process timely manner prescribe appropriate therapy.
 article presents two observations male erythematosus, diagnosis which could not have been established several years. cases met 2019 European League Against Rheumatism (EULAR) American College Rheumatology (ACR) classification confirmed by tests. Patients had positive trend response therapy.
